Kina Shokichi Hana Festival (Kina Shokichi Flower Festival)
 
A music festival with the theme of "Hana(flowers)", a representative song of the musician "Shokichi Kina", the founder of Uchina Pop and has held live tours all over the world and continues to convey his concept to people on the earth, will be held on August 7th! His representative song "Hana ~subete no hito no kokoro ni hana o~(花〜すべての人の心に花を〜)" released in 1979 has been covered by people all over the world, with a total sales of more than 30 million copies. Under the theme of “Hana”, which is sung not only by people in Okinawa, but also people in other places in Japan and around the world. Shokichi Kina Profile
His father is Shoei Kina, a major figure in Ryukyu folk songs, and he is the founder of “Uchina Pop”, which is a modern arrangement of Ryukyu folk songs. He has toured many times around the world. One of his world-famous songs “Hana ~subete no hito no kokoro ni hana o~(花〜すべての人の心に花を〜)” has been sold more than 30 million copies in 60 countries around the world.  

KINA GINKO Profile
In 1987, she made her recording debut with the release of the single “STAR SHIP-I'm going high- (CBS Sony)” in September. Now in 2021, KINA GINKO is now active as the “KINA&GINKO WORLDCHAMPLOO” with the musician Shokichi Kina.
